Penalty Timer

Yes, it's true. Now there exists a super-useful penalty box app for iPhone/iTouch. It can time all three penalty box seats for one team, or all six for both teams with just the touch of a button. You can even set the team colors so you don't get confused. It turns red at the ten second warning, and then flashes at zero, then automatically resets. You can even set it for any duration, which will become really useful now that the jammerless jam has been done away with. I think a way to transfer jammer times would be a good addition, and faster than a manual set, but since this app came out before ruleset 4.0, it's understandable why that isn't a function as of now.

My only worry is that people like me with clumsy fingers would find a way to mess up the timer. At least with a stopwatch there's an actual button to press. I can't count the number of times a day I end up hitting the wrong button on my iTouch and end up having to figure out where I was in a two hour podcast. Still, it's an excellent looking app, with a clean interface, and very reasonably priced at $2.99.
